Iowa State University (ISU) graduates are some of the most talented engineers in the world. These proud Cyclone grads all profess love for their alma mater, but few considered the career opportunities available to work on the campus and continue their ISU experience as a professional.

Solution:

Measured Intentions stepped in and created a marketing campaign featuring employees in the Facilities, Planning and Management Department, which brought awareness to these appealing positions. The campaign was so successful that MI developed a second version for additional Facilities Planning and Management positions. Now, the Department has a full workforce and plenty of prospects for future employees, right at home on campus.
